		<description>Since people in the middle ages and, by extension, Lower Hicksnittle generally lack imagination they often didn&#039;t have last names.  Family names were often based on their occupations - i.e. Smith, Cooper, Hooker?, etc.  

So what does a &quot;Cosmo&quot; do?</description>
